Terms and conditions

Participants accept that riding a motorcycle is a dangerous activity. Some off-road motorcycle activities take place in varied natural environments where there are hazards and risks to manage. Every effort will be made by the KETT and ChiantiLive teams to provide riding in a safe manner. Participants are expected to comply with all safety guidance and instructions given by the KETT staff.

The Kriegselefanten-Treffen Toskana will also take place on public roads open to traffic, and each participant is responsible for himself and others in accordance with the highway code.

On behalf of the organisation Kriegslefanten-Treffen Toskana.

Failure to observe these rules may lead to exclusion from the course or event. Participants so excluded will not receive a refund.

If the participant decides of their own accord to abandon the event fully or in part they must promptly notify the organisers.
