The ban is extended to camouflage smocks (Flecktarn, Splittertarn, Sumpftarn, etc.), even if unmarked, all WH helmets (M35, M40, M42, M38, including light replicas) and soft caps (Feldmutze, Bergmutze, Schirmmutze, Schiffchen) even if unmarked.

Tactical and divisional symbols with a political connotation (swastikas, skulls, runes, etc.) must be covered. Double rune plaques must also be covered.

Failure to comply with this rule will strictly result in exclusion from the event without the right to a refund.

Terms and conditions

Participants accept that riding a motorcycle is a dangerous activity. Some off-road motorcycle activities take place in varied natural environments where there are hazards and risks to manage. Every effort will be made by the KETT and ChiantiLive teams to provide riding in a safe manner. Participants are expected to comply with all safety guidance and instructions given by the KETT staff.

The Kriegselefanten-Treffen Toskana will also take place on public roads open to traffic, and each participant is responsible for himself and others in accordance with the highway code.

Cancellation policy

The KETT is also possible thanks to a series of agreements taken well in advance with the municipalities where the event will pass, hotels and restaurants. Therefore, the fees for registration and overnight stay are not refundable.

Conduct

Your safety and enjoyment are our prime concerns while taking part in the Kriegselefanten-Treffen Toskana.

The participant has a responsibility to mitigate the risks incurred. This means that you should wear all required safety equipment at all times. We ask that you respect yourself, other participants and staff during the event. Kriegselefanten-Treffen Toskana reserves the right to withdraw participants from the event who exhibit disruptive or dangerous behaviour that risks their own safety or the safety or enjoyment of other participants and/or staff. Any damage caused to property or equipment as a result of unruly behaviour will be charged to the customer.

Failure to observe these rules may lead to exclusion from the course or event. Participants so excluded will not receive a refund.

If the participant decides of their own accord to abandon the event fully or in part they must promptly notify the organisers.

Registration confirmation

The entry to Kriegselefanten-Treffen Toskana is valid only when participation fees in the booking form are paid in full. Partial payment of the same does not qualify as a registration and has no right to any refund.

The organisation of Kriegselefanten-Treffen Toskana will send a confirmation of the registration via e-mail.

Participation is limited to the heavy BMW R75 and Zündapp KS750 sidecars.

On request, a limited number of solo machines, provided they are German military 1939-1945, and VW Typ 82 and 166 (‘Kübel-’ and ‘Schwimmwagen’) can join as support vehicles.
